After the successful event within the EUSEW 2024, the Sister Projects AUDIT2MEASURE, DEESME2050 and EnTRAINER come together again for a joint event, “Competitiveness in transition: Transposing energy efficiency policies to national regulations”.
The event will be on the 16th of September from 10:00am to 11:30am BST.
The agenda features contributions from the European Commission, research institutions, and industry representatives, highlighting the importance of energy efficiency in SMEs and industry, the diversity of policy approaches across the EU, and the challenges of transposing the new Energy Efficiency Directive Article 11 into national frameworks. Speakers will highlight the importance to go beyond energy auditing by embedding a wider sustainability culture in business practices. An interactive panel discussion will bring together policymakers, experts, and stakeholders to exchange perspectives on how to accelerate the green transition while strengthening industrial competitiveness. This collaborative event will underline the projects’ shared mission to support companies in turning regulatory requirements into practical energy-saving actions, advancing both climate goals and economic resilience.
The three projects are co-funded by the LIFE Programme of the European Union and are running a close collaboration to share insights and results during their life.
Attendance is for free prior a registration at the below link:
