The holistic methodology of EnTRAINER includes training elements, in the form of 2 accredited courses for energy auditors and energy experts and 1 course for company staff.

EnTRAINER will train 240 Energy Auditors, and in this context, will trigger another 40 indirect ETAs through the interaction with external energy auditors. Moreover, it will train 240 energy experts that may become the future energy transition auditors, and 400 company staff including key decision makers. EnTRAINER actions will trigger 16 M € investments, 4.75 GWh primary energy savings and 5.16 GWh renewable energy generation in total.

The main objectives and expected results are outlined below:

• Design, develop and implement 3 different training programs in Energy Transition Auditing and Decarbonization Plans in industries for different targets: actual energy auditors, current and future energy professionals and in-house company staff.
• Provide accredited energy transition training programmes in 4 European countries (Spain, Italy, Romania and Greece).

• Update actual energy auditor skills with energy transition auditing programmes around Europe, enhancing and expanding their professional capacities.

• Train new energy professionals in Energy Transition Audits with accredited courses in order to create an additional pool of energy transition experts for the next years.
• Train in-house industry staff to bring the benefits of energy transition and decarbonization plans in the actual facilities. This programme will target not only maintenance or technical personnel, but also administration and management. • Increase the knowledge and skills of at least 880 individuals (240 actual energy auditors, 240 future energy professionals, and 400 in-house staff) in energy transition audits and decarbonization plans.
